irks

The 2 ways of pronouncing the word 'drama' irks me. There's the normal way, then the other way in which drama rhymes with Alabama(assuming there's only one way to pronounce Alabama. Let's pretend there is). Recently heard an old acquiantance pronounce it the Alabama way and now I'm less inclined to continue our acquaintanceship. I'm thinking of trying to form an outright friendship with her!
Another thing that irks me is my own masochistic tendencies.
